Suicidal thoughts and feelings are a common characteristic of depression and they highlight the urgency of the issues at hand. We recommend you contact your GP as soon as possible and we at Dundee Counselling can arrange for counselling usually within the same week. Your life is important to us and we’ll be here to help.
