Counselling Fees

We offer counselling/therapy at the following rates per 50-minute session:

Session Fees

Save £5 if you pay the deposit (£20) or the full session fee in advance.

• £60 Relationship Counselling (£55 if pre-paid): Relational sessions are for couples, other relationships, or family counselling (where 2 or more people are attending the session together).
• £45 Individuals (£40 if pre-paid): Individual sessions are for individuals 18+.
• £40 Concession (£35 if pre-paid): Concession sessions are for students, the unemployed, and OAPs (Old Age Pensioners).
• £35 Young Person’s Counselling (£30 if pre-paid): For individuals under 18.
• £25 Individual Counselling Session with a Trainee Counsellor (£20 if pre-paid): Check for availability through our contact page.

Multisession Discount: Get 4 individual sessions for £150 instead of the usual £180 if the sessions were purchased individually without pre-paying.

Payment Methods

• Cash or card payments can be accepted for in-person sessions.
• BACS payments are accepted, or online payments can be made using the buttons below.
• Pre-paying has the added benefit of saving £5 off your session.
• Online counselling sessions require full pre-payment.

• If you are pre-booking with Tim or Georgia please use their respective pages for booking and/or pre-paying.
• For all other counsellors, please make contact first to ensure that there are available spaces for you.
• Pre-payment can be made via BACS (contact your counsellor for details) or use the buttons below.

Rescheduling

Good news! There is no additional fee for rescheduling if you reschedule at least 12 hours before the appointment time. Please provide more notice if possible as this will help us fill your slot.

Missed Appointment Fees

If 15 minutes beyond your appointment time has passed and you have not attended your appointment, you will be charged the Missed Appointment Fee, which is 50% of the full appointment fee. Any amounts prepaid to us will be applied to this fee, and the full Missed Appointment Fee must be paid before further sessions can be scheduled.

Cancellation Fees

If you would like to cancel an upcoming appointment where more than 12 hours notice has been given, you can receive a refund on your pre-paid deposit or fees. However, please note that there is a 5% cancellation fee that will be deducted from any deposits or full payments refunded to you. This deduction is due to the administrative and card processing fees incurred from the systems that provide card processing for us (Stripe and booking systems). However, if you would like to reschedule to a later date, there is no fee.

Short Notice Cancellation / Rescheduling Fee

If an emergency arises that prevents you from attending your appointment, please deal with the emergency first. If possible, please notify us that you won’t be able to attend the appointment. We appreciate your communication, and for most emergencies, we would like to extend grace and not charge any fees. Excluding emergencies, if you would like to cancel an appointment or reschedule within 12 hours prior to the appointment time, there is a Short Notice Cancellation / Rescheduling Fee of the lesser of either 50% of the full appointment fee or £20. Any amounts prepaid to us will be applied to this fee, and the full Short Notice Cancellation / Rescheduling Fee must be paid before further sessions can be scheduled.

Individual Counselling Session Pre-Pay price - £40

Relationship Counselling Session Pre-Pay price - £55

Concession Counselling Session Pre-Pay price - £35

If you've already scheduled your counselling appointment you can pre-pay here at the discounted price. For Tim or Georgia please use their respective pages. Concession pricing is £35 per session and is valid for students, unemployed and OAP.

Counselling Session with a Trainee Counsellor - £20

Young Person's Counselling Session Pre-Pay price - £30

If you've already scheduled your counselling appointment you can secure the Booking below. For scheduling with Tim, please use his page. Young Person's Counselling Sessions are for under 18's and are £30 per session.

Multi Session Buy - 4 Individual Sessions for £150

If you've already scheduled your counselling appointment you can secure the Booking below for that session and 3 additional sessions all at a reduced rate. For Tim or Georgia please use their respective pages. The multisession discount is for 4 individual sessions for £150 instead of the usual £180 if the sessions were purchased individually and not prepaid. Only available for individual sessions (not relationship counselling).
